A clear understanding between Succulent Studio and our valued plant parents.
Nature of Product
Plants are living things. While we guarantee health, every succulent is unique. The plant you receive may vary slightly in shape, color, or size from the website photos.
Order Fulfillment
All orders are subject to availability. If a specific succulent is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you via WhatsApp for a replacement or a full refund.
Local Delivery
Delivery is strictly within Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Please ensure someone is available to receive the plant to prevent it from sitting in the heat.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once the plant has been packed and dispatched for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using **Succulent Studio**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who purchase from our online shop. We reserve the right to update these terms as our nursery grows.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in **Pakistani Rupees (PKR)**. We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) within the Twin Cities.
- Direct Bank Transfers (IBFT) for prepaid orders.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in nursery costs or seasonal availability.
3. Customer Responsibility
Once a plant is delivered and accepted, its survival depends on your care. We are not responsible for plant death caused by over-watering, insufficient light, or exposure to extreme indoor AC temperatures after the initial 7-day guarantee period.
