Delivery Policy
We take pride in delivering healthy, happy plants directly from our nursery to your doorstep — in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and all over Pakistan.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to Rawalpindi, Islamabad and all over Pakistan. Orders in the Twin Cities are hand-delivered by our team every Tuesday and Thursday; every other city is served by courier. Orders are paid in advance by bank transfer or Easypaisa and ship once payment is received.
Delivery Timeline
Rawalpindi & Islamabad: delivery on Tuesday and Thursday. Order by 12 PM (Pakistan time) the day before a delivery day: an order placed before noon on Monday arrives Tuesday, after noon on Monday it arrives Thursday, and so on. Need it on another day? Choose Urgent delivery. Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 4 days by courier. During peak seasons or extreme weather, we may adjust schedules to protect the plants.
Specialized Handling
In Rawalpindi and Islamabad our own team carries every pot. For courier orders, each plant is packed to stop soil spillage and leaf damage in transit.
The Fine Print
Delivery Charges
In Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Tuesday/Thursday (Standard) delivery carries a flat fee of Rs. 300 and is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more. Free delivery applies to Islamabad and Rawalpindi only. For all other cities, courier charges (Leopards, Daewoo FastEx or another courier we agree with you on WhatsApp) are paid by the customer directly to the courier on delivery.
Urgent Delivery (Islamabad & Rawalpindi)
Need your order on a day other than Tuesday or Thursday? Choose Urgent at checkout. We will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange delivery as you request and share the fare. The inDrive fare at the time of delivery is paid by you directly to the rider. The flat fee and the free-delivery offer do not apply to urgent orders.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend being present during delivery to inspect your plant. If you find any damage upon arrival, please tell the delivery person on the spot, or message us on WhatsApp with a photo the same day. Our 7-day health guarantee covers courier deliveries too.
Weather Considerations
Succulents are sensitive to extreme heat. If temperatures exceed 42°C, we may pause dispatch until the evening or the following morning to ensure the plants do not stress during transit.
