Exclusive Service Area
To ensure the safety of our delicate succulents, we currently offer delivery **exclusively within Rawalpindi and Islamabad.**
Delivery Timeline
Standard orders are processed and delivered within **24 to 48 hours**. During peak seasons or extreme weather, we may adjust schedules to protect the plants.
Specialized Handling
Unlike standard parcels, our plants are moved with personal care. We do not use third-party couriers; our team handles every pot to prevent soil spillage or leaf damage.
The Fine Print
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery fee is applied to all orders within the Twin Cities to cover fuel and personal handling. Free delivery is available for orders above **Rs. 5,000**.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend being present during delivery to inspect your plant. If you find any damage upon arrival, please notify the delivery personnel immediately for an on-the-spot resolution.
Weather Considerations
Succulents are sensitive to extreme heat. If temperatures in Islamabad/Rawalpindi exceed 42°C, we may pause deliveries until the evening or the following morning to ensure the plants do not stress during transit.
